Greetings Card-Making Workshop

Friday 4 April 2025, 5 – 6.30pm

Are you ready for a SPRING in your step? Join us for this special class exploring the theme of “Spring” throughout history, where you will create your own greetings card to take home.

 🌱  What to Expect:

·      Discover Latin Words for Spring: Learn the Latin terms that brought the season to life for the Romans, and how the language of spring has evolved.

·      Mythological Insights: Explore how spring was perceived in ancient mythology and encounter key figures like Persephone and Flora.

·       Key Texts & Legends: Dive into some ancient texts and Renaissance art that celebrated the rebirth of nature and the arrival of spring.
